First Day Of Class

Today I began my first day of many at the Culinary Arts Center at Collin College. I am very excited and anxious about all of the techniques and skills that I will learn and hopefully perfect. There are many topics such as making simple soups and stocks all the way to learning the extremes such a using liquid nitrogen and blow torches!
